Thank You!
Welcome to a new year! One of my teachers calls this year, the Year of Enchantment. I believe that part of Enchantment is Grace and the experience of Graceful Business.
So what on earth is Graceful Business? I looked up Graceful and Business in the dictionary and here’s what I found.
|
Graceful: characterized by elegance or beauty of form, manner, movement or speech. Business: an occupation or trade (and may I add: a calling); a person, partnership or corporation engaged in commerce, manufacturing or service; profit-seeking enterprise or concern. |
There are a lot of words thrown around in sales these days that don’t feel so graceful, like explosive, turbo-charged, get on the fast-track (or get left behind), and you’ve probably heard others.
The question really is: What do you want?
For some people words like explosive ring their bell, and that’s fine. But what if you aren’t explosive or turbo-charged? What if, for goodness sake, fast isn’t a fit for you? It doesn’t mean you’ll get left behind (like it can sometimes feel when you read some of the words out there).
The question becomes: Where do you go to build your business? How do you grow your business and income, and take actions that fit you and that feel like YOU (rather than someone else’s idea of you)?
I found over the last few years that what my clients really wanted was Graceful: whether it was Graceful Business or Graceful Marketing or Graceful Income…easeful, elegant movement that felt like them and produced results.
What about you?
Begin to consider where your business feels graceful and where it doesn’t. Look at your day, your schedule, your sales and marketing and, of course, your money and income.
What could make all of the pieces of the “growing your business” puzzle more graceful, more fun and more profitable? If you’d like to chat about building your business more gracefully just email me at anne@beyondbusinessasusual.com to schedule some time to talk.

Next week I’ll talk about how I set up a Graceful Day and how you can do it too. Until then feel free to leave a comment.
Welcome to Living Gracefully Free,
